Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 3 business days from our warehouse in Baku or Doha. Processing time may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited-edition releases, and promotions.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Please note that estimated delivery times are guidelines and may be affected by payment authorization delays, customs processes, or other unforeseen events for which we are not responsible.
Cancelled Order
We cannot accept cancellations once an order has been dispatched. If a shipment is undeliverable due to refusal to pay import taxes, incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or other issues, the package may be abandoned, and the recipient will be responsible for it. Eupathy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Taxes & Duties
We offer free shipping, which typically takes 14 to 28 days. We appreciate your patience—your new items will be worth the wait!
For faster delivery, we also offer an expedited shipping option for an additional $35, with delivery times between 3 to 8 days after processing and dispatch.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Eupathy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s what you need to know about our return and exchange process:
15-Day Return/Exchange Window
You have 15 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Requests outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.
Full Price Orders
You may return your item(s) within 15 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the item’s value. Items must be shipped back to our warehouse in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of faults. If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 5 calendar days with proof of the issue.
Return Process
To ensure a smooth return process:
- Items must be returned from the same country of delivery.
- Returns must be requested and approved before sending items back; items sent without approval will not be accepted.
Condition for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in sellable condition.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Important Notes
- Custom-made or tailored items cannot be returned.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and any import fees.
- Eupathy is not responsible for lost returns.
To Start a Return
Contact us at info@eupathy.qa with your return request, including a clear reason and any supporting photos or videos. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Exchanges
To expedite a new item, return the original item and make a separate purchase once the return is accepted. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving and approving your return. The refund will cover the full value of undamaged items, excluding shipping and customs fees.

- Bank transfer to your credit/debit card.
